DK Roofing was engaged to complete the metal roofing and spouting replacement works at the Tongariro Ski Club.
Tongariro Ski Club, located on Mount Ruapehu is renowned for its warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The club offers ski resort facilities on both sides of the mountain. In 1995, after 43 years of additions and alterations, the club decided to demolish and build a new, modern club for its members.
During the tender stage of this project, the clients priority was a timeframe for the works to be completed. And ensuring that sub contractors worked efficiently together to meet the projects completion deadline with minimal disruptions.
