2. Initial Contact & Qualification

We review your request, confirm the type of work required, and let you know the next steps, including whether a site visit is needed.

3. Satellite View & Measurement

(Site Visit if Required)
We visit the site to measure the roof, assess access and safety requirements, and discuss your expectations so we can price the job accurately.

4. Quote Preparation

We prepare a detailed quote based on the site information, materials, labour, and any specific project requirements.

5. Quote Issued

You receive a clear written quote outlining the scope of work, price, timing, and terms for your review.

6. Follow-Up

We follow up to answer any questions, clarify details, and make sure you're comfortable with the proposed work.

7. Job Accepted

Once you approve the quote, we confirm acceptance and begin planning your project, including scheduling materials and our team.
