DK Roofing Limited is proud to have contributed to the delivery of Project Maunga (Stage 2) – a significant healthcare redevelopment valued at $403 million, incorporating a new six-storey, 20,000m* east wing, alongside a cancer centre and mental health facility.
Our scope of works focused on the installation of metal roofing systems, wall cladding, and rainwater goods across all seven levels of the facility and drop off canopy. These works were delivered within a complex, live hospital environment, requiring careful planning, coordination, and adherence to strict health and safety and quality standards.
Working closely with the project team, DK Roofing ensured that all roofing and cladding elements were installed with a high level of precision, meeting both design specifications and programme requirements. Our approach prioritised sequencing, access management, and quality assurance to support efficient delivery across multiple stages of construction.
The successful completion of our scope contributed to the overall performance and durability of this critical healthcare facility, supporting its role in delivering essential services including emergency care, intensive care, maternity, neonatal, and specialist treatment.
