DK Roofing Limited is proud to have contributed to the development of Cleanline Tasman’s state-of-the-art facility on Connett Road, New Plymouth — a multi-million-dollar investment combining national head office, distribution centre, design teams, research and development, and logistics operations under one integrated site.
The development included a 5,000m* warehouse, a two-storey architecturally designed office building (12m x 30m), a 40m x 70m workshop, and a 14m x 70m canopy structure.
DK Roofing’s works were delivered from mid-2023 as part of the main construction programme.
Our scope included metal roofing systems, wall cladding, membrane roofing, and rainwater systems across the main buildings and canopy structures. The works required a high level of precision, coordination, and quality control to achieve the architectural and performance requirements of the project.
DK Roofing’s contribution supported the successful delivery of a high-quality commercial facility, enabling the expansion of a long-standing New Zealand family-owned business.
